We post each week's locations on Instagram and Facebook every Monday. Spots can change when we're booked for an event, and we take a break over the school holidays, so check there before you head out.

Where do you travel?
We're based around Byford and Mundijong and take the van throughout Perth and surrounds. If you're further out, ask anyway and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
What kinds of events do you do?
School carnivals and events, sporting club canteens and game days, workplaces and staff morning teas, markets, open days, private parties and community events. If yours isn't on the list, it probably still works.
How much space does the van need?
A flat, firm spot with room to tow the van in and out and open the serving window, ideally close to where your crowd will be. Send us a photo or a map pin of the spot and we'll confirm it suits.
Do you need power or water?
We bring what we need to run the van, so we can set up in places without mains services. If there's power nearby, mention it when you book and we'll make use of it.
How does payment work on the day?
Two ways. Guests buy their own coffee, drinks and food at the van, or you host it and cover a set amount or the full tab for your group. We'll suggest what suits your event when you enquire.
Is there a minimum spend or hire fee?
It depends on the size of the event, where it is and when. Tell us a bit about it through the booking form and we'll give you a clear quote with no obligation.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekend dates and the busy end of each term. Last-minute dates are sometimes possible, so it's always worth asking.
What if it rains?
The van is fully enclosed, so we serve rain or shine. For outdoor events we'll help you pick a spot that keeps guests dry while they wait.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Tell us what your group needs when you book and we'll do our best to cover it.
Do you offer sponsorship for schools and clubs?
Yes. We have sponsorship options for sporting seasons and school events. Get in touch and we'll talk through what's possible.
Are you available on weekends and evenings?
Yes. We work throughout the week and at weekends, so evening and weekend events are no problem.
About Gracie's Place
Great coffee. Great memories.
Gracie's Place is a local mobile coffee van based around Byford and Mundijong, south of Perth. Through the school term you'll find us at local primary schools, and on weekends and evenings we're wherever the event is: sporting club canteens, markets, workplaces and private functions.
Sometimes a coffee, a chat and a little bit of kindness can make someone's day a whole lot brighter. That's the whole idea.

We're hiring
Barista / all-rounder
Join our coffee van crew. We're after someone friendly, reliable and motivated, with at least a year's experience behind the machine. Experience towing is highly desirable.
